Snyder H1N1 Mass Vaccination Tool

Snyder Solutions is developing a free mass vaccination tool in conjunction with the Ross County Health District. This tool is available, free of charge, to anyone administering H1N1 vaccinations.

Client Version: Use this version to connect to a server installation.

Project Status

Update 2009-10-21 Snyder H1N1/SHOT is available for download.
Update 2009-09-17 Beta testing is complete. We are currently waiting on a response from Kent Ware at ODH. Once he has approved the upload format we will make the release available.
Update 2009-10-16 The H1N1 Mass Vaccination Tool will be available for download Wednesday, October 21st.

Data Import

• Schools utilizing SCOCA data systems will be provided with a student export tool from SCOCA.
  • We've contacted Brian Birkhimer at SCOCA and he will be providing the student export formats.
• You can import student files in a comma delimited file format. The student data should conform to one of the following layouts:
  • Examples:

Data Export

• We are currently targeting the ImpactSIIS zip file upload format used in the Snyder Immunization System.
  • Update 2009-09-16 A sample file has been provided to Kent Ware for approval.
  • Update 2009-10-17 Data will be exported in the ImpactSIIS zip file format.
• If you would like the data exported in an alternate format, please contact us and we will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
